Darriel Mendoza

Darriel is the HR Manager & Business Innovation Specialist at Liston Newton Advisory, based in Australia. He leads the firm's business innovation initiatives and oversees the Philippine offshore team, keeping hybrid work running smoothly across two sides of the world. He joined the firm in 2020, right in the thick of the pandemic, and has since moved through several roles, including New Client Onboarding, on his way to the leadership seat he holds today.

With 10 years' industry experience, a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (cum laude), and a Master of Management, Darriel pairs sharp commercial thinking with genuine people leadership. He is currently an associate member of CPA Australia and pursuing to obtain the full designation.

Darriel has been central to building and scaling the firm's offshore support office, embedding the HR frameworks and systems that help it grow sustainably. He also drives firm-wide initiatives as Business Innovation Specialist, focused on process improvement and smarter ways of working.
