Mariz is the one making sure new clients land on solid ground from day one. She coordinates the entire onboarding process, chasing down documents, compliance requirements, and setup tasks with an accuracy that borders on obsessive (in the best way), and works closely with internal teams so nothing slips through the cracks.

With 3+ years of experience and hands-on skills in Xero Practice Manager and Australian accounting and tax administration, she's built real confidence juggling multiple moving parts at once. New systems, new processes, tight deadlines, she takes it all in stride, bringing a collaborative, detail-obsessed, solutions-first mindset to everything she touches.

Having joined the firm this year, Mariz has already settled in, drawn to a team culture she describes as supportive and welcoming and genuinely invested in helping her grow.

When she's not at her desk, Mariz is usually chasing her next adventure: a new café, a road trip, or a long motorcycle ride to somewhere she's never been. And here's the kicker: she knows an almost alarming number of Taylor Swift songs by heart and loves untangling the stories, characters, and Easter eggs hidden in the lyrics.
