Michael manages the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients at Liston Newton Advisory, working closely with clients, accountants, and internal teams to coordinate documentation, compliance, and ATO and ASIC requirements. His focus is simple: make the transition to LNA as smooth and stress-free as possible, from first document to final setup.

Detail-driven and endlessly responsive, he's onboarded a significant number of clients while keeping service standards and turnaround times sharp. For Michael, it's all about the relationships: clear communication, timely updates, and making sure no one feels lost in the paperwork.

Off the clock, he's a dad first and a gamer close second, splitting his downtime between family time and a round of Dota 2 or Counter-Strike 2, with one eye always on the latest AI tools.
