Vanderlei brings full-stack development and AI-driven automation workflows to life. He works closely with the LNA team to design intelligent systems that tackle real business pain points, from automating leave tracking to streamlining lead management, all while keeping the end-user experience front of mind.

He completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and holds an impressive stack of certifications including AWS Cloud Foundations, CCNAv7, and Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials. Complex, messy processes are his favourite raw material. He turns them into clean, automated solutions. Highlights include building Tax Chatops, an AI-powered assistant for tax queries, and conducting research on anomaly detection to identify phishing links.

What sets Vanderlei apart is his "builder's mindset." Rather than patching problems, he rethinks entire workflows, architecting systems that free the team from manual admin so they can focus on high-value work. He's a constant learner, driven by innovation, security, and scalability.
